    Gayl offers over 10 years coaching experience in guiding individuals and supporting organisations in career management. She has worked in private and public sectors in both remote locations and central business. Gayl has also owned and operated 2 small businesses enabling her to provide additional insights to future career choices. As a Certified Retirement Coach, Gayl offers support to individuals to make an effective transition from their long term careers.

  • Loretta

    B Bus

    Loretta is a Career Transition Specialist, providing advice on planning, implementation and delivery of redundancy projects for both large and small organisations throughout WA and assisting individuals to successfully transition through the process. Her previous work experience covers both multinational and national organisations as well as involvement in the WA government selection process. She has also successfully managed her own business, and as a result brings a strong appreciation of challenges for business and industry in the Western Australian market place.

    Registered Psychologist, B. Psych., Grad. Dip. Bus., CMAHRI, AICD

    Mark has over 15 years of experience working with business, government and not-for-profit agencies to develop and deliver successful Career Transition programs. He has planned and managed the logistics and delivery of some of Western Australia’s largest Career Transition programs for organisations such as Woodside Energy, Fortescue Metals, CBH Group, Chevron Australia, Curtin University and Silver Chain Nursing. Mark’s background in psychology and business ensures strategy and programs that are focussed on achieving both organisational objectives and the needs of individuals.

    Karen is a highly skilled practitioner with over 10 years of experience in Career Transition across a wide range of WA industries. With a background in educational psychology and human resources, she has worked in WA Health, Police and Education departments. Since 2005, Karen has delivered Corporate Career Transition services for clientele up to senior executive level in all aspects of career counselling, management and coaching as well as presentation of workshops and seminars for up to 250 attendees.

    Registered Psychologist, BSci., M Psych (Org)

    Therese is a strategic thinker who has demonstrated ability to deliver organisational development projects that result in improvements to people metrics. She is a highly experienced coach and works well across all levels of business to help organisations achieve constructive cultural change and improved performance. Therese is skilled in constructive conversations and uses an empathetic but direct approach in working with individuals or groups who are navigating change and career transition. Therese has over 10 years’ experience working for organisations across agriculture, logistics, mining, oil and gas, healthcare and professional services.

  • Philipp

    Registered Psychologist, B Arts., M Psych (Org)., MAPS

    Philipp has a strong background in occupational psychology and organisational behaviour. He has delivered career coaching services to individuals from various sectors and positions, such as mining plant operators through to senior IT managers. Having conducted numerous behavioural event interviews and designed/facilitated assessment centres for large resource sector clients, Philipp has a strong understanding of the recruitment and selection process. Philipp is also an ex-military serviceman who has deployed on active service and brings substantial and diverse life experience to career transition.
