Since becoming a Director at People Solutions 7 years ago, Amy has successfully partnered with local, national, and global companies in selecting, developing, and retaining employees. Amy has extensive experience in providing tailored, business focussed information and solutions for individuals, leaders, and organisational teams, as well as a strong track record in managing large talent management projects that have added real value to organisations. She enjoys working closely with WA universities to provide supervision and placement opportunities for psychology students engaged in innovative assessment and development products that can help us meet our customers’ needs.

Georgia is a Registered Psychologist and Career Coach with expertise in organisational development. She has coached and trained individuals across industries like resources, aged care, health, and government, known for her empathetic, strengths-based approach. She develops and delivers workshops on change leadership, mental health, resilience, and conflict resolution. She has also led peer support training and organisation-wide assessments on engagement, onboarding, and retention. Specialising in psychological health and safety, Georgia provides training on legislative requirements and psychosocial risk management, facilitating assessments and tailored workplace solutions.

Arnold is a Registered Psychologist and organisational development expert with experience across mining, government, and not-for-profit sectors. He specialises in leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement, delivering evidence-based programs that drive measurable results. Passionate about creating thriving workplaces, Arnold takes a strategic, collaborative approach to building sustainable, people-centred solutions. He also mentors, guest lectures, and supervises students.

Mark has over 20 years of experience working with business, government and not-for-profit agencies to develop and deliver successful Career Transition programs. He has planned and managed the logistics and delivery of some of Western Australia’s largest Career Transition programs for organisations such as Woodside Energy, Fortescue Metals, CBH Group, Chevron Australia, Curtin University and Silver Chain Nursing. Mark’s background in psychology and business ensures strategy and programs that are focussed on achieving both organisational objectives and the needs of individuals.

Eva is an organisational development expert with over two decades of experience across diverse industries in Australia and abroad. She specialises in leadership development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, team performance enhancement, and career transition and management. Eva’s relational and analytical approach enables her to deliver evidence-based and bespoke solutions that address unique organisational challenges. She has extensive experiencing in working with senior leaders, Executives and Board members to help drive change. Eva is also involved in research and lecturing postgraduate students in her areas of expertise.

Gayl offers over 13 years coaching experience in guiding individuals and supporting organisations in career management. She has worked in private and public sectors in both remote locations and central business. Gayl has also owned and operated 2 small businesses enabling her to provide additional insights to future career choices. As a Certified Retirement Coach, Gayl offers support to individuals to make an effective transition from their long term careers.

Courtenay is an organisational psychologist and board-approved supervisor, with experience working across the private, public, research, and volunteer sectors. With a strong background across both organisational development and assessment and selection, she has partnered with clients across a large range of industries to deliver bespoke and evidence-based solutions. She is also involved in research and development and is passionate about finding ways to drive continuous improvement and modernisation of services whilst maintaining best practice. Courtenay’s expertise spans psychometric assessment, assessment centres, diversity & inclusion, engagement & culture, psychosocial risk, team effectiveness, behavioural safety, and career transition.

Rhiannon Blake is an Organisational Psychology Registrar, who brings a unique blend of over a decade of teaching experience coupled with expertise in organisational development and talent management. Rhiannon’s diverse background includes experience in psychosocial risk mitigation, organisational assessment tool design, and retention strategy development. She is particularly passionate about improving data-driven processes and applying technological solutions to enhance talent management decision-making.

Hawa is a Registered Psychologist and organisational development professional with experience in research, consulting, and leadership across public and private sectors. She has led workforce transformation projects in emergency services, mining, and healthcare, specialising in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and tailored solutions to complex workforce challenges. Her work includes strategic initiatives in diversity, inclusion, and talent retention, often collaborating with senior leaders. Hawa combines analytical rigour with behavioural insight to drive meaningful, data-informed change.

Karen is a highly skilled practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Career Transition across a wide range of WA industries. With a background in educational psychology and human resources, she has worked in WA Health, Police and Education departments. Since 2005, Karen has delivered Corporate Career Transition services for clientele up to senior executive level in all aspects of career counselling, management and coaching as well as presentation of workshops and seminars for up to 250 attendees.
