New brand to reflect our vision for the future

People Solutions, a locally owned, boutique organisational psychology consultancy has stood as a trusted pillar in the Western Australian (WA) market for 25 years. Over this time, we’ve honed our expertise from Psychometric Assessments to Coaching and Career Transition support, and we’ve partnered with major Australian Mining and Oil and Gas companies and WA organisations fostering growth and change.

Building on this foundation, People Solutions enters a new phase with a new brand. With current Director, Amy Cooper acquiring full ownership of the business, there is a renewed focus on ensuring People Solutions is the thought leader of organisational psychology solutions.

Our new branding reflects a modern and progressive organisation who harnesses proven methodologies to elevate our customers leadership and people capabilities. The accompanying colour palette showcases our friendly, professional, and engaging approach to working with others.

Alongside this new brand, we are investing in new technologies and developing a diverse range of partnerships to ensure what we do and how we work with customers are fulfilling our purpose of helping people succeed. To find out more about us, please go to our About Us page.

Over the coming months, we will continue to update and share with you more about our new brand, what we are doing, and upcoming opportunities to engage and partner with Western Australian organisations to ensure people and cultural goals are being met.

We are very excited about the future and our capacity to continue to help organisations, and their people, succeed.
