  • Mark Greenwood - Director, Career Coach

    Registered Psychologist, B. Psych., Grad. Dip. Bus., CMAHRI, AICD

    Mark has over 20 years of experience working with business, government and not-for-profit agencies to develop and deliver successful Career Transition programs. He has planned and managed the logistics and delivery of some of Western Australia’s largest Career Transition programs for organisations such as Woodside Energy, Fortescue Metals, CBH Group, Chevron Australia, Curtin University and Silver Chain Nursing. Mark’s background in psychology and business ensures strategy and programs that are focussed on achieving both organisational objectives and the needs of individuals.

  • Amy Cooper - Director

    Registered Psychologist, MOrgPsych, B. Sc (Honours Psychology)

    Since becoming a Director at People Solutions 7 years ago, Amy has successfully partnered with local, national, and global companies in selecting, developing, and retaining employees. Amy has extensive experience in providing tailored, business focussed information and solutions for individuals, leaders, and organisational teams, as well as a strong track record in managing large talent management projects that have added real value to organisations. She enjoys working closely with WA universities to provide supervision and placement opportunities for psychology students engaged in innovative assessment and development products that can help us meet our customers' needs.

  • Glenn Nicholls - Operations Manager

    BSc (Psychology & Psychophysiology)

    Glenn is an organisational psychology consulting professional with over ten years of experience implementing bespoke solutions to build organisational capability, with particular experience in psychometric assessment, developing leadership capability, driving behavioural safety outcomes, acquiring talent and delivering sustainable change. Having worked nationally and internationally, he has managed organisational development projects in government, insurance, mining, entertainment, emergency response, not for profit and education. With strong values of achievement, scientific application, commercial competition and teamwork, he has a particular passion for applying these values through professional coaching and facilitated workshops.

  • Susanne Winks - National Assessment Coordinator

    Susanne has been with People Solutions for over 10 years. Her primary responsibility is to organise psychometric assessment services in liaison with human resource professionals and other key stakeholders. Originally from the UK with a strong background in administration and customer service, she has worked in various support roles across diverse sectors. Her primary focus is on customer care, delivering on client expectations and developing strong working relationships with clients globally.

  • Gayl Porter - Career Coach

    B. Psych, M Sci. (Organisational Behaviour)

    Gayl offers over 13 years coaching experience in guiding individuals and supporting organisations in career management. She has worked in private and public sectors in both remote locations and central business. Gayl has also owned and operated 2 small businesses enabling her to provide additional insights to future career choices. As a Certified Retirement Coach, Gayl offers support to individuals to make an effective transition from their long term careers.

  • Courtenay McGill - Senior Consultant

    Registered Psychologist, MPsych (Industrial & Organisational), BA/BSc (Hons. Psychology), MAPS

    Courtenay is a registered psychologist with experience working across the volunteer, public, and private sectors. At People Solutions, she specialises in assessment solutions for recruitment and development and has delivered large-scale assessment centre projects across a range of industries. She is also heavily involved in research and development and is passionate about finding ways to drive continuous improvement and modernisation of assessment services whilst maintaining best practice. Courtenay has previous experience with organisational development projects spanning employee engagement and culture, diversity and inclusion, workplace wellness, and change management.

  • Rhys Goodridge - Senior Consultant

    Registered Psychologist, MPsych (Applied Psychology in Organisational Psychology), BPsych (Hons)

    Rhys is a consultant with experience in providing solutions to public and private clients across Asia Pacific. With a passion for supporting organisations across the employee lifecycle, Rhys has experience in delivering a range of psychometric assessments, training workshops, leadership development programs, and organisational development initiatives. He has a particular interest in data, assisting organisations to leverage business information to improve outcomes.

  • Clare McPherson - Consultant

    BASc (Hons, Psych), MOrgPsych

    Clare is a registered psychologist with experience with a range of public and private organisations with a focus on research, survey development, psychometric assessments, and safety culture. At People Solutions, she specialises in assessment solutions for recruitment and development and has delivered large-scale assessment centre projects across a range of industries. Clare has also been involved in the research, design, and implementation of a situational judgement survey to examine the efficacy of a safety training program. She has also developed and presented whitepapers on various topics including workplace health promotion and neuroscience in business.

  • Karen Mcleod - Career Coach

    B. Ed., Grad. Cert Career Dev., Cert IV TAE, CDAA

    Karen is a highly skilled practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Career Transition across a wide range of WA industries. With a background in educational psychology and human resources, she has worked in WA Health, Police and Education departments. Since 2005, Karen has delivered Corporate Career Transition services for clientele up to senior executive level in all aspects of career counselling, management and coaching as well as presentation of workshops and seminars for up to 250 attendees.

  • Bernadette Olivier - Office Manager

    Dip. Business Administration and Management

    Bernadette has over 20 years’ experience working in Office and Client Management providing support to her team, clients, stakeholders, and everyone who crosses her path with exemplary customer service. She plays an integral role in our customer service and organisational strength of People Solutions. She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call the People Solutions office.
