The Importance of Feedback Following Psychometric Assessments – Part 2: Hiring Organisation

  • Digging into the results and talking through them in more detail can help when deciding between the final few candidates;
  • For recruiters trying to get hiring managers on board with psychometric testing, these debriefs can help get buy-in as they see the value of the insights testing provides; and
  • Debriefing with an external consultant provides an independent third party perspective from someone outside the hiring organisation and process.
